Our processing times are 1-3 business days for all statewide and international orders. All orders that are placed after 12pm noon on Friday's will not be processed until the upcoming business day or following Monday. Our estimated shipping times range from Five to Ten days (5-10), any unforeseen shipping delays or events are unfortunately not on us and Out Of Our Control!

All Pre-Cut bob wigs, referred to on our site as "The Lae Bobs" takes an extra TWO days for processing to ensure the cut is clean and sleek. All Pre-Colored wigs, referred to as "The Lae Colored Wigs" takes an extra THREE days for processing to ensure the quality is top notch for our LaeBae's.
Address changes and order issues CAN NOT be changed after 24 hours of order being placed. Any additional questions, please email us.

All orders Requires Signatures to receive the package, this helps protect your package & our company as well. Our shipping distributors are UPS, FedEX, & DHL Express. All distributor's offer signature releases if customer will not be at designated delivery address.
Emails will be sent out regarding shipping instructions and ways to sign for package online! We send emails out as soon as the order ships, two days before delivery, one day before delivery, and the morning of delivery.
RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
All sales are Final! We have a strictly no refunds policy although if customers product from HairLae, was not delivered in upmost quality then contact us to schedule a return and an exchange. We love our LaeBae's and always believe in making sure you have an amazing experience. Pictures and additional information will be required for all exchanges.

Chargebacks made without any additional information about the specific chargeback not emailed or sent to us will result in it not being valid. Please read our policy before purchasing any products, we are not liable for any mishaps or product issues after customer has opened the product out of our shipping bags and has installed the product.
